Díaz Salazar, a piece of History

Founded as a wine merchant’s shop in 1908 by the Díaz Salazar family, our Bodega soon became one of the most iconic bars in the centre of Seville.

Seville's tradition and spirit

Located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the Cathedral, Bodega Díaz Salazar brings together traditional values and the most celebrated local cuisine in a historic venue. Enjoy the authentic spirit of Seville.

Good food

The unmistakable flavour of a delicious stew, the aroma of local ingredients, the expertise of passionate chefs…

Our menu offers traditional cuisine, including the best Seville and Andalusian tapas. Quality classics for those who love good food.

A taste of Jerez

Our Bodega is known for the wide variety of drinks on offer, including over 40 different wines, mostly from the Jerez area.

In addition, staying true to our roots, we continue to serve wine from barrels.
Our barrels include Oloroso, Palo Cortao, Amontillado and Manzanilla, to name but a few.

Origins that endure

In the middle of the last century, our Bodega grew in popularity by serving draught Damm black beer, which became one of our most distinctive features. One that we continue to uphold to this day.
Come and enjoy it!
